I'm Dan, I'm a husband, father and passionate photographer based in the beautiful High Peak borough, Derbyshire, UK. Interest in the arts / photography stems from my teens, attending photography courses at the then Erith Technical College in Kent and saving-up for my first film camera. My main career path led to operating in the entertainment industry, having actively photographed for over thirty years before deciding to take the plunge as a full-time photographer in 2020. My photography disciplines overlap; whether I'm documenting life's ordinary moments, visually connecting events to being swept away with whatever makes me curious and letting myself go passionately with a project.
